I was lucky enough to find these folks when I had an issue with a new miner power supply. Even though I didn’t buy my miner from the Joe was kind enough to send the log file to the manufacturer and tell me the power supply was the reason it wouldn’t mine after the first four days. He told me how to obtain one on my own but I asked to order it for me which he did. Very good service and got back to me very quickly through the process. I look forward to doing more business with them like my next miner.
